I have owned my home for 40 years, and I wanted to do something with my backyard.  I saw my daughter’s waterfall, which was one of Al Lentz’s first, and I wanted one!  I was unsure of the cost, so I called Lentzcaping, and was hesitant to get the quote with no idea of what to expect. 

Lentzcaping came out and laid out a design that was just amazing.  I was impressed that Al, one of the owners, came out to the site and began working right away marking out the design.  It is nice to know an owner who made an effort to be onsite as often as Al was.  It made me feel like he cared about the job, and I know I am not paying extra when he worked right alongside his employees.

I had a few days off when they began and I watched the whole process. Step by step, my empty back yard turned into a beautifully landscaped retreat with koi pond and waterfall.  As a finishing touch they added a curved stone staircase and paver patio surrounding the pond.  The design turned out excellent, and the pond is just the right size. 

I love sitting outside and enjoying the new view, and am pleasantly surprised the pond needs barely any maintenance.  It takes care of itself.  I have never had a leak, or a glitch with this job.  There is no fuss about it.   Whenever I had a question or needed them, Lentzcaping was there.  They back the service behind the product.

Not only did Lentzcaping design and build my new pond and patio, I learned a lot watching them and took many before and after photos.  The difference is amazing.  The process is something you could not do without Lentzcaping professionals.  The boulders they use are huge, and they had the equipment and expertise to do the job right.  There were many steps and layers involved yet it took only 3 days for them to finish the pond.  It looks so natural and fits right in with the surrounding landscape.  The best part is, the design of the waterfall and pond is custom.  There are never two water features that are alike.  Each rock is different, and Lentzcaping takes care and pride to customize their job to the specifications the homeowner requires.  They want you to enjoy the pond as much as they enjoy building it.

The best part is I can enjoy my new view from outside or inside.  I love my pond, in the summer evenings when the mosquitoes come out, I sit in the sunroom facing the falls, crank open the windows, get a glass of wine and relax.
